libclaw-graphic-dev software package provides Set of classes for image manipulation (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclaw-graphic-dev
libclaw-graphic-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclaw-graphic-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclaw-graphic-dev *
You will get with libclaw-graphic-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
